Air Fryer Cheddar & Broccoli Quiche Cups

Directions:
Preheat the air fryer to 300ºF (150ºC) and lightly grease your ramekins with oil spray.
Season the beaten eggs with salt and pepper. Add the broccoli, 3/4 of the cheese to the eggs, and mix well.
Evenly divide the egg mixture into the prepared ramekin(s) and place them in the air fryer. Cook for 13–14 minutes, or until fully set and cooked through.
Top the eggs with the remaining cheese and increase the air fryer temperature to 380ºF (195ºC). Bake for an additional 2 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and is golden.
Carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer and enjoy!
