Eat Better, Feel Better, Live Better

Science-Based Nutrition, Customised for You

Meet Finola Power

Your Expert Dietitian

Hi, I’m Finola, and for the past 10 years I’ve been helping people reach their health and wellbeing goals through practical, enjoyable, and sustainable nutritional guidance.

My focus has always been on the implementation of real-life strategies that allow you to achieve your goals. To do this, I combine insights from nutritional science with the pragmatism of behaviour change coaching, leading you to habits that will stand the test of time.

There’s no one-size-fits-all advice here. Instead, I offer personalised and evidence-based guidance, so you can feel your best while still enjoying the foods you love.

  • As a HCPC & CORU Registered Dietitian, I’ve had the privilege of gaining extensive clinical experience across a range of NHS services, including the Princess Alexandra Hospital, Cambridge University Hospital and the Cannabis Clinic for Psychosis.

These experiences have deepened my understanding of the diverse nature of each individual’s health needs and strengthened my commitment to providing compassionate and evidence-based care.

  • As an NHS trainee, I was subject to extremely rigorous and high-quality dietetics training, graduating with First Class Honours in Dietetics BSc (Hons) from The University of Hertfordshire.

This, combined with a track record of successful client journeys, has left me well placed to help you reach your goals.

  • I founded Evolution Fitness & Nutrition, Bali’s first elite personal training, nutrition and health coaching provider.

Later, I went on to establish Altus Clinic, Ireland’s leading digital preventative healthcare organisation, which embeds dietetics at the heart of its approach.

Through these ventures, I’ve been able to combine my passion for evidence-based nutritional guidance with a commitment to innovative and personalised healthcare solutions.

  • I have a strong interest in diabetic care, having completed the Cambridge Diabetes Education Programme, and I’ve expanded my expertise through short courses at Wageningen University in Nutrition & The Human Microbiome and Nutrition & Cancer.

I’m also committed to staying up to date with the latest research and best practices through ongoing professional development with the British Dietetic Association and other leading institutions.

This ensures that my advice is always rooted in contemporary evidence-based science.
