  1. Who is this program for?

    Anyone looking to improve their nutrition, build healthier habits, and achieve long-term wellness—whether it’s weight management, better digestion, or increased energy.

  2. How do I get started?

    • Book your free discovery call to see if the program is right for you or you can book now.

    • Secure your spot with a €300 deposit (non-refundable).

    • Activate your Client Portal and complete your pre-consultation forms at least 48 hours before your first session.

  3. How do I book my sessions?

    Once enrolled, you can schedule all sessions at once or book them as you go via the Client Portal. Booking in advance is recommended to secure your preferred time slots.

  4. What’s included in the program?

    • 2 x 60-minute consultation – Full health and lifestyle analysis

    • 3 x 20-minute review sessions – Progress tracking and plan adjustments

    • Customised meal plans – Weekly tailored meals and recipes

    • Smart shopping lists – Time-saving grocery guidance

    • Access to educational resources – eBooks, videos & expert insights

    • Messaging support – Ongoing guidance via the Client Portal

  5. Will I receive a meal plan?

    Yes your bespoke meal plan is tailored to your dietary needs, preferences, and goals.

  6. What support do I get between sessions?

    You’ll have access to messaging support through the Client Portal, where you can ask questions, get motivation, and receive feedback throughout the 12 weeks.

  7. How do I track my progress??

    Your Client Portal allows you to log meals, sync activity data (Fitbit, Apple Health, Garmin, etc.), and use the Lifestyle Journal to reflect on challenges and successes.

  8. How does the payment plan work?

    • €300 deposit (non-refundable) to secure your spot

    • €300 due 30 days after booking

    • €300 due 60 days after booking
      Full payment must be completed within 60 days.

  9. What is the cancellation policy?

    • The €300 deposit is non-refundable.

    • Once the program has started, no cancellations or refunds are allowed.

    • Sessions can be rescheduled 48+ hours in advance without penalty.

    • Less than 48 hours’ notice may require rescheduling within 5 working days

    • No-shows cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

  10. Can I pause the program if I have a holiday or emergency?

    The program is designed for consistency, but in cases of medical emergencies, we may discuss adjustments. Contact me as soon as possible to explore options..

  11. Is exercise included in the program?

    While the focus is on nutrition, you can sync workout data from Fitbit, Apple Health, Garmin, or Oura to track your activity. You’ll also receive guidance on incorporating movement into your routine.

  12. Do I need to cook all my meals from scratch?

    No! The plan is realistic and flexible, offering quick meal options, meal-prep tips, and guidance for dining out.

  13. What results can I expect?

    Results vary based on consistency, but clients often experience:

    • Improved energy and digestion

    • Sustainable weight management

    • Increased confidence in making healthy choices

  14. What happens after the 12 weeks?

    Your final session includes a comprehensive progress review, adjustments for long-term success, and a post-program roadmap to maintain your results. You’ll also have options for continued coaching if needed.
