I’m a registered dietitian with a passion for supporting women at every stage of life from preconception and pregnancy to menopause and beyond. Having trained through the NHS and completed specialised courses in Nutrition in Pregnancy, diabetes care, and the gut microbiome, I combine evidence-based science with a practical, real-world approach.

I’ve also worked with female clients for years as a personal trainer, so I understand the everyday challenges of juggling health, energy, and wellbeing. My goal is to help you feel supported, confident, and empowered to make nutrition choices that truly work for you.
